It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 203121 - 215020 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students

According to previous years the cutoff marks up in 2020 for sc category in some colleges are as follows :
1. Government Medical College, Badaun - 470 marks
2. Government Medical College, Jalaun - 465 marks
3. Government Medical College, Kannauj - 487 marks
4. Shaikh Ul Hind Maulana Mahmood Hasan Medical College, Saharanpur - 467 marks
So you have less chances to get seat in government medical colleges through state quota . You should score more than 470 to get seat in mbbs but you can go for private colleges
