Hello Aspirant!! If you qualify in the exam then you are eligible for the counseling. The cutoff for eligibility vary from category to category (reservation/caste). The cutoff vary from year to year. You have less chances of getting qualified in the exam with 43 marks. Hopefully you get qualified in the exam. Once you are qualified in the exam and after getting the rank card of EAMCET exam then apply for the counseling.
