With AIR 4318, the chances are good to get a seat in AIIMS as the last year's cut off for OBC was AIR 9973 with corresponding percentile 97.3549899. And this year 6 new AIIMS has been introduced which also increase your chance.
However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done.
