Minimum b tech grades required to qualify for any entrance exam for M tech is 50-60 percent. So with 5.9 cgpa in your B Tech, you are eligible to give any entrance exam that can get you admission into some good M tech Colleges.

Minimum b tech grades is a must to have but with that you also need to qualify the entrance exam conducted by the universitites.
