See Physics is a main subject in stream and even if you pass in all subjects except that of one main subject than you will be considered as overall fail so if you failed in Physics which is one of the main subject then you will be considered as fail in your overall result.

I hope that you are not talking about Boards because failing in boards will create a bad impact later own however in cv you write only your 12th percentage.

However if you fail in 1 subject you will surely pass but if you want to give supplement then i would recommend you to clear your back.
