Various IITs have various eligibility criteria for admission in M.Tech.Like some take 75% marks whereas some take on 55% but most if them generlay want you secure alteast 60% or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale with B.Tech in the relevant branch.
And secondly you must qualify GATE exam with decent marks and rank .

Yes you are eligible for taking admission in IIT's if you have a decent gate score. Don't worry about your percentage just go all in for GATE.
