If you are in top 20 percentile of your board then you are eligible for jee mains.

If you have not appeared in jee mains then it's difficult to get into good colleges.But if you have appeared for other entrance exams like comedk,wbjee,viteee,srmjeee.....then you should have try for those.............but doing bsc or bca would be a good option as your boards percentage is low.

See, you have weak maths side, that must be for your physics too. In my opinion you should do BSc. Bacause if you do engineering from unknown colleges, it will be hard for you to get placed.
