As per your requirement, i would say that as your mark mentioned above of 10, 12, and btech, your academic sounds to be mediocre and not first class. Mors or less it will have impact in your placement as 12 marks and graduation marks will play a crucial role.

Even if you do mba to grab better opportunities , getting a good collegr would be difficult.

But still you can have your placements if you can clear the job exams, gd and pi.

Working with multinational companion directly would be very tough, better for that do mba or mtech and than try for a better job.
