Hello student. 68 percentile is lesser one to get a seat in government college. Since you have mentioned that the category is general, there are very less chances for you to get government nit's or iit's.

With 68 percentile you will get marks around 31 to 40 according to the previous year marks vs percentile trends so, as you said that you belong to general category so, with marks around 31 to 40 for general category you wouldn't even qualify so, there is no case of getting into government colleges because in general the cutoff score for general category will be around atleast above 75 to 90 so, sorry to say you wouldn't even qualify.
