Hi Meera, the cutoff varies for every year for the entrance exam for admission in IISER. To be on the safe side one needs to score atleast 150+. You have scored 70 marks so you have not to much chances of getting IISER. If you have good marks in JEE advance, i.e within 10000 then only you have a chance to get admission.
