You have not mentioned for which stream you want to join. For admission, you have to satisfy eligibility criteria and selection criteria.

On the part of eligibility criteria, you are eligible. Selection criteria  will be percentage cutoff or rank cutoff. You have to satisfy selection criteria then you can get college for admission.
