Your 74% in Class 12 disqualifies you from admission to BITS Hyderabad.  A minimum of 75% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology combined, as well as at least 60% in each subject separately, are required.  To be eligible for admission, you must satisfy this requirement even if you have a BITSAT score.

For getting admission in BE program at BITS  campus, the candidate must possess atleast 75% marks in PCM(physics, chemistry and maths). Therefore, with your marks in 12th, you are not eligible for getting admission in BE program at BITS hyderabad or any of BITS campus.
