Dear Shaikh, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, the NEET cut offs im 2019 have been as follows:
General Category: 134-701
OBC: 133-107
SC: 133-107
ST: 133-107

With 93 marks, unfortunately you havent qualified in NEET. So you cannot fill BAMS, BHMS forms for counselling.
