Congratulations on your excellent score. JCT is a decent engineering college and is affiliated to Anna University. The infrastructure, faculty and facilities provided in the college are quite good. Placements are decent, though not many top companies visit for recruitment.  

However, there are better colleges in Coimbatore like PSG, GCT and CIT. You may opt for these over JCT if you have an option to choose. You should decide based on your priorities like the course you want to pursue, placements, location etc.  Admissions depend on your TNEA score. JCT also offers some management seats.
