With a backlog in 4th semester and your results being awaited of 6th semester. it would be difficult for you to get admission in a college for higher studies as although the results of last semester not being declared yet could be ignored, but the backlog in 4th semester won't be and you would get admission in most colleges after clearing that backlog of yours.
