I understand that you are facing a doubt regarding the eligibility of students who have completed diploma in civil engineering stream for pursuing for subsequent courses in BIPC stream and so to answer your question please be informed that all the students who had BIPC subjects after class 10 for the diploma candidates are eligible for pursuing courses of BIPC stream for the degree courses and those who do not have the subjects not eligible for pursuing the concerned respective degree courses.
