Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know whether you can withdraw your seat which you have alloted in 2nd and 3rd round of counselling.

I would like to tell you that you can surely withdraw your seat and can participate for any other college but remember a certain amount will be deducted from the fees whatever paid at the time of accepting the seat.
