You should fill passed and mention your class 12th details. You can provide the details of the improvement exam and the updated score at the time of counseling.

As you have already appeared for your class 12 in
2019 so you have to fill that your passing year is
2019. But if there is no other option for improvement
exam then leave it.
You are eligible for Jee mains 2020.
