I too have the same problem that is I have changed my surname and in the neet ug 2022 form they are asking to fill the name according to 10th marksheet as well as upload the 10th marksheet , but I have my old name in the 10th marksheet, so should I fill my old name or should I fill the new name, please help 🙏
