You need to fill the caste certificate number in TS EAMCET online application form. The caste certificate number will be on the caste certificate issued by the competent authority which you have obtained from MEE SEVA. You can find it on the top right corner of the certificate below the bar code printed on the certificate and it is an alpha numeric which starts with 'CND....'. You need to provide the complete number given on the certificate in the TS EAMCET online application form.
