So you can give the examination and laterwards also there will be no problem with that until and unless you get into any strict college that restricts it. As per information there are no famous colleges available which have restrictions in tattoos. So if it become a prohibition in your professional laterwards then you have to remove it or have to take necessary measure as proposed by the authority. But this possibility is very less!
