According to the latest news it is said that all students should answer in capital letters because small letters has led to difficulties during evaluation, with evaluators not being able to clearly differentiate between the letters leading to more time being taken up for evaluation. In an order to heads of all examination center schools, the board has directed that candidates mark their response with capital A,B, C or D. There is still no issue if you have done a mistake, but it is quite difficult and time consuming for the evaluator  to check answers.

Incase you marked only few answers in small letters its okay hope there wont be any problem.

Dear, you have not mentioned complete information in your query as you have to mention the details of the exam in which you did this mistake. If you will mention the detailing then i will give you the solution.

See, there are lots of exams where the scene of small and capital letters are not much matter but in some exams you have to suppose to give answer in the same way in which they asked.
