ALC has 4% reservation in NEET. And cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you want a seat in Jammu an Kashmir under ALC Category, you will need atleast 475. This is because  Jammu and Kashmir has 100% State Quota and so the competition is higher. To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. Mam I have not uploaded this certificate at the time of form filling, is there still any chances that I would get a seat through this?
