I HAVE ALLOTED ASEAT IN UPSEE AND I PAID SEAT ACCEPTANCE FEE 20000 BUT I COULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION.CAN I GET MY FEE REFUND ?

No if you have locked you seat during the counseling and after that you tends to withdraw from the counseling then you can loose your money as then it is considered as a fine for leaving a locked seat and you become disqualified in further rounds of counseling.
But if you haven't locked your seat then simply withdraw from counseling and you will get your money back after deduction of counseling round fees.

I want seat alloted in upsee counselling but i am not admission in the college i will not refund counselling fees how will be get the money please give the process and online system
