Dear aspirant,hoppe you are doing well.Now coming to your question,if you didn't got a seat in 1st round of councelling and wish to continue for the further rounds of councelling,then my advice to you is to go for the 2nd councelling round.No,you don't have to register again for the 2nd round councelling.
