Yes. If you have completed your graduation in commerce with 55% or more marks,or your post graduation with 60% or more marks, then you are eligible for pursuing Charted Accountancy professional Course under the direct entry route, meaning you will be exempted from giving CA Foundation and can directly register for CA Intermediate course.

Note- CA Intermediate course of the new Syllabus has replaced the CA IPCC course of the old Syllabus.
