Hello Aspirant,

See JOSAA is a counselling body which is responsible for seat allotment in different engineering institutions of India like IITs, NITs, IIITs and so on. If you have been allotted a seat in JOSAA Counselling and you have accepted it and also paid the required amount then the seat is yours and then you cannot participate in further rounds of counselling in JOSAA but yes if you want to participate in some state counselling than you are free to go for it. JOSAA counselling is not related to state counselling.
