Hi Siddharth,

As you have mentioned that you are having income certificate of your father for the year 2017, it will not be applicable for the year 2019. This is because your father income may have changed during the duration of 2 years. Due to this you should have current year income certificate for your father's income. So it's always better to apply for new income certificate and then use it for counselling.
