With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 24000-27000. If you have NRI quota then the chances of getting an NLU or a college under IPU would be bleak but you can definitely check out colleges like

ICFAI Law school Hyderabad
MS Ramaiah college of law
Christ University Bangalore
IMS law college Noida

as per my knowledge. no more than 6 - 7000 students appear for LLM. how can i get a 24000-27000 rank anyhow?

My mistake if it's for PG then you can expect colleges like CNLU Patna, NUSRL Ranchi and NLUJA Guwahati with your score

but these NLUs you mentioned do not have NRI quota.

As I have checked they do not ! You may once go through the official prospectus of all the NLUs and the seat matrix, so that your best knowledge provides me with my answer
