The issue could arrive at the time of verification as you have entered a old acknowledgement rd number of 371j certificate. However, you can approach to a recruitment agency and inform them about this and submit new certificate with correct number. If they ask you for supporting documentation then submit both old and new certificate to them as they both belong to you. If possible you can request correction of rd number in your application form.
