Your certificate has obviously expired. The OBC certificate Non Creamy Layer typically has a one-year validity period. Every year, the OBC certificate needs to be renewed. By submitting an application at the district office of your city or districts, you can renew your certificate. You may renew it at the district office if you have the necessary paperwork, such as the address proof, I.D. evidence, non-creamy layer, validity, and BC certificate. A few states also offer internet resources.

There are two types of OBC (NCL) Certificate:

1. Issued by Central Government.
2. Issued by State Governments.

Three Financial Years from the year it is generated: Look at the DoPT circulars, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions ( No 13 - Validity period of OBC Certificate in respect of creamy layer status of the candidates)
