With your marks , you can get private college or deemed university but not with so much less fees. Private colleges are very expensive in India , their fees range from 50lakhs to 1 crore depending on college to college. Only COMEDK colleges have low fees but they have very high cutoffs. 

So , you can get a private college but not for 4 to 6 lakhs.
