according to me you will be getting teh admit card as soon as possible, because i dont think you will face any issue regarding this, it is ok if you didnt fill the city choice. or if you will not be getting the admit card in any case you will be notified before to fill the city as well. so no worries or you can also recheck you rapplication form to just to cross check that your form is succesfull submitted or not.
