It is as per the availability, which differs from time to time and region to region. You can contact your respected branch about it.

However, I suggest you to get the benifit of pdf’s available in ICAI website (in bos knowledge portal). But it generally is delivered between 15 day to a month. Best of luck, hope my answer would help you.

It solely depends on the availability of study material at the institute. They will issue you the study material right after the registrartion if they have the study material available. Else they will sent it out by post to the address you have mentioned in our application. 

If sent by post it will reach you in 15 to 20 days.
