As per your query  I would glad to tell you that their is no need to worrk much on this , most of the times due to the slow servor or servor error, sending otp takes much times as expected . I would advise you to wait for some days till then traffic om the servor will also get reduced and  start sending again otp ,it will surely  come . Make sure your number is active  to receive the otp
