Since the NEET correction window has closed, you might not be able to change your father's name now. However, this small mistake usually does not cause a problem during the NEET exam, as long as other details like your name, date of birth, and photo are correct.

Still, to be on the safer side, you can contact NTA (National Testing Agency) through their helpline or email and explain your issue. They might guide you on what to do next. Also, keep a valid ID proof with the correct details while appearing for the exam.
