As you have payed the fee and submitted the application, you cannot change anything. CBSE will give the chance of changing the data that was not correct from January 14 - January 31, 2019, In this time you can change your signature.

NBE will open the Correction window to edit/modify/alter some incorrect information. Correction window will be available tentatively from December 7 to 14, 2018. However, there are some details which cannot be edited-
Name of candidate
Date of birth
Gender
Nationality
Mobile number
Email ID
Testing city
Photograph
Signature
Category of candidate

So, you will not be able to make any changes to the uploaded signature.
