Hi there.

In case of no other option of finding out a way of taking a print, call the authorities and ask them to clear your query.

Check the website there must be a helpline number and an email address provided.

Call that number continuously until your question is answered. Email them to let them know about your problem.

Lastly, consult your friends, any idea might pop up.
