After submitting the fee, generally, one can not cancel the application and get the fee refunded. Although you may make corrections in the form by logging in.

If you have applied for viteee exam then why you want to cancel it...it's a good college with good placement record (vit vellore)....but i think you can't cancel your application now and the application fee will not be refunded...for more details you can contact them.
