Hi Pavithra,
NEET PG is an annual entrance examination held for admissions to various PG courses in India. NEET PG does have a correction window in December 2019. However, the only find that can be altered are Date of Birth and Category of Student. Aadhar Card no. cannot be changed. You are requested to write to the NBE in detail about your situation and seek an answer from them as to what to do next.
