I can help u a bit in this. If u have attempted 48 questions and none of them are wrong then u will be getting a score of 192 which is approx 61.7 percentile. U can also check that one by simple formula.
A simple formula is used to determine the percentile of a candidate-
Formula: Percentile P = ( (N- your rank)/ N) x 100
(Where P stands for percentile and N is the total number of candidates appeared for the exam)
