Hello neha, first of all the number of questions you have attempted is quite less, secondly how much are you sure that all the questions are perfectly correct. 

For AIIMS the cutt off is quite high, also have you checked your answers with the answer key?, I'll suggest you to go for some other college according to your marks or if you want to get into AIIMS try next year getting better scores.
