You can be able to get your UG degree in any college based on your Marks (HSC) by merit list or directly  through management quota

Or another way is to appear in entrance examination 

To appear in any of the entrance examination candiadte should have passed in their HSC examination with physisc , chemistry , maths as their subjects .the per entage requirements varies from the college /university sometimes even depending on state which you apply.

Admission process 

Option 1 : 

Merit seats - admission through common entnace test conducted by respective state /board /university /college 

Option 2 : 

Payment seats offered by college /university directly .

Dear Naveen, for pursuing Civil Engineering, you should have studied 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry and Maths is mandatory for admission to a course in Civil Engineering. Entrance Exams (IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT etc.) are conducted at both the national and state level. Diploma course for the position of junior engineer can be taken up after Class 10. You should write any entrance examination to be eligible for admission into any college.
