Sorry to say but i dont think so !

Even if you , then you will get Guntur or Nagpur in 3rd or open counselling !

I think you will surely get a seat in AIIMS Nagpur or Guntur. If you are lucky, you can even get in AIIMS Patna or Rishikesh, but chances are very less. In 2014, 66 seats in AIIMS Patna and Raipur remained vacant even after open round counseling just because they were new AIIMS.So I think you will be able to get into the new AIIMS.All the Best.
