If you have wrongly bubbled the attendance sheet in the UPPCS exam but correctly filled your OMR sheet , your result is not likely to be affected because the OMR sheet is the main document that will be used for evaluation and result processing .

Attendance sheet is mainly for record purpose or verification purposes so if you have correctly filled your roll number , booklet code and answers correctly on OMR sheet then your presence will be verified during the exam and your result will be evaluated normally.
