Hope you are in best of your health , so I actually do not understand your question as you have not mentioned which  reservation you are talking about , also in which context you are talking about , so I assume you are talking about the entrance exams like NEET/JEE etc , so  if you are have a domicile certificate of any of the state whether it is BIHAR or JHARKHAND you are then eligible for  85% state quota counselling from that particular state .

But if you are taking about the reservation then you have to either OBC/SC/ST/GENERAL EWS and you should have the the particular caste certificate too , then only you are eligible for reservations.
