Well, in earlier days it happens paper comes in both the languages whatbyou choose doesn't mean  but now if you choose english you will get english paper if you choose hindi you will get hindi paper, they set the omr or whatever the method of distribution of paper before the exam so they will not gonna to change that at exam time you have to prepare for what you have choosen.
