Hi Sheikh, 

if you are talking about NEET UG application form, then my advice is you make the necessary corrections by today as the online correction of neet ug 2018 application window is open till today 17.03.2018(Saturday) which originally started from 15.03.2018( Thursday). And my suggestion would be to calmly go through your whole application form once again, and make any necessary correction as you will not get this opportunity again.
