The eligibility criteria for NEET 2021 is:

• Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
• Also, the candidate should have secured minimum 50% marks(for general category candidates) in aggregate only for PCB subjects. The minimum number of marks required for OBC/SC/ST candidates is 40%
• In order to become eligible the candidate must be minimum 17 years old.

So, you will be eligible only if you have studied physics, chemistry, biology and English in class 12 and have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCB subjects.
