It is nice to know that you are willing to continue your studies again. For it you just need to first of all figure out the stream you are interested in , to go for further studies probably for your graduation degree and then you need to  look for the institution for admission and follow their admission procedure and for the time you had  a gap from your studies, you can just put on gap certificate stating the reason and then can very well continue studying further.
